The Perfect Design
In the beginning, in 2004, we picked Metro Design, from the Yellow Pages and began working with Robin, on the design of a new home for our ranch. We were not really sure what we wanted or how to put our thoughts on paper for Robin, so we just asked him if he could come up with some ideas for us. In a very short time, we were contacted to come and have a look at some concepts. Surprisingly, Robin, had just about come up with the perfect design, and just through an hour or so of conversation. A few more tweaks and visits, and blueprints were on their way.
We couldn’t ask for a friendlier relationship, and Metro Design, subsequently was asked to design our next two ranch houses. Because Robin was already familiar with our preferences, plans were developed much more quickly, and all over the internet using PDF files. We were able to have a close look at all of the details and make any changes simply by sending an email. How easy is that?
We would like to emphasize the accuracy of our plans. Our contractors found the blueprints precise and easy to understand. Another positive is that Metro uses every possible bit of space for something. No wasted space!
We are in our 60s now, and should we plan to build another house, we will be using Robin, and Metro Design.

Turning Dreams into a Reality
We had the great privilege of working with Robin Anderson for our home renovation project. We are in the process of rehabilitating a wartime house from the 1940`s. Robin was indispensable in taking a small cluttered layout and creating a beautiful open concept. Robin added seamlessly to the ideas we brought him designing a home that turned the project from a dream into a reality.
